Disturbed sleep or Insomnia can occur due to any recent change in lifestyle which may work, food habits, travel time or any stress in life, relationship problems. The cause should be identified and managed. Problems in initiating and continuing sleep for a long period may need treatment with sleep inducing drugs like benzodiazepines. Mind relaxation techniques can also be followed before starting to sleep.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
