What Causes Disturbed Sleep,headache,dizziness And Nausea?

I am 39 years old have been using alcohol and cocaine for 20 years,8 of those years heavy I have been clean and sober for 17 days now but still cannot sleep,headache,dizzy,nautious,wobbly eyes the list goes on,can you please let me know what I can do to help with these withdrawl symptons thank you

I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
17 days is too short a time to expect all the withdrawal symptoms to go off. The anxiety symptoms and sleep disturbances may persist for a few months even after stopping these substances. Ideally they need not be treated and you just have to wait for them settle down. Howe ever if they are severe then you will have to take some benzodiazepines to control them.
