What Causes Disturbing Orgasm At The End Of Urination?

I had sex with my bf a week no from today.Throughout my week I ve been having a really annoying tingling feeling inside my vagina and I have the urge to urinate constantly but I don t really pee anything.When I do pee there s no pain just somewhat of a small disturbing orgasm at the end of urinating.I was a bit dry when he penetrated so I m not sure if he could ve damaged something inside me or if it s something more serious?
