What Causes Dizziness, Abdominal Pain And Nausea?

Hello, My name is Maryann Kinsey, I am 25 years old and I have recently been experiencing consistent symptoms of light headedness/dizziness, abdominal pain, nausea/vomiting, chest pain, back pain and vague blank mind... What could be wrong? I thought I had a virus but the symptoms have lasted longer than an average stomach virus. Any input would be greatly appreciated.Thank you,Maryann Kinsey

Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the issue with long term abdomen pain with nausea, backache must be evaluated for the presence of underlying gall bladder malfunction or else.

Though primary relief with antacid, proton pump inhibitors and diet care, I do recommend to get an ultrasound of the abdomen & pelvis done for best initiation of perfect therapy needed to cure you.
