What Causes Dizziness After A Head Injury?

My son met with an accident three days before,he got scratches. In some parts,and he got slight pain in head and dizziness,next day we took ct scan brain they told,a small hamerorrage of 5 mm and prescribed vertinand dizitac for 15 days, is that medicine. Enough,iam very much worried,please. Answer me

How is the accident mechanism? Did your child syncope when the accident happened? Vomiting severely? Bleeding from the nose, mouth, or ear?

Dizziness after head injury is a common problem. Patients use to complaint it in following days after an accident. By the CT scan report, there is a small hemorrhage of 5 mm, I need to know, where is this hemorrhage's site? Is it in the brain, outside the brain or anywhere? Keep aware of this condition. Dizitac itself contains cinnarizine that used to treat dizziness. If your son complaint doesn't go away after taking this medication, I recommend you to consult it further to your son's treating doctor.
