What Causes Dizziness After Anterior Cervical Discectomy Surgery?

Hello! On 3/3 I had anteror cervical discectomy surgery. I am now experiencing dizziness setting or standing. I am wearing the Vista cervical collar the neurosurgeon instructed me to wear. What is/are the possible reason(s) for these symptoms? Thank you for your consideration. Kolleen
