What Causes Dizziness After Antidepressant Discontinuation?

I m dizzy the last couple of days.I take buproprion, zymbalta, propanolol, thyroid and estradiol cream.I missed some of my meds yesterday but not thyroid. It takes two or three days to feel the effects of missing antidepressants so I don t think thats it.I ve never had inner ear problems before but a lot of people my age have this problem so maybe this could be the problem(79 years old).My blood pressure is usually good, around 110-120/60-70, and I ve never taken any meds for this problem. I haven t been eating enough for two to three months and my weight is down to 98lbs.Ten years back it was 120lbs. I ve been eating 8-1000 calories/day for some time and not had any dizzy spells? General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It is a kind of withdrawal reaction, nothing much to worry and it will settle by itself in few days. As of now drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain
