General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Fatigue , dizziness and nausea are possible side effects of this medication (losartan- HCTZ) so it definitely could be the cause of your symptoms.

Nausea and dizziness can also occur with potassium supplements so it is possible that combination would have an effect.

You should consider speaking to your doctors about your symptoms.

I hope this helps
