What Causes Dizziness After Getting House Painted?

Hi, I am a healthy and active 45 year old woman with no health problems. Recently we had a painter come into our home. He only painted a small area but when I entered our home after being at work all day I became immediately dizzy. However after an hour, the symptoms went away. A few days later I started feeling dizzy at odd times. i.e. sitting on the coach, driving, etc. Today I am back at work after a nice long break from work (and being at home) and I feel absolutely fine. Is their a connection? Thanks!!

Thank you for asking!
Smell of a paint may be a stimulus for dizziness. Also the dizziness may be just a coincidence and some other etiology might be behind this. I would suggest that go and seek your vestibular functions assessed. Get the cardiac perfusions assessed too just to be on the safer road. I am sure it is nothing to no worry about and new smell of a new paint may be a stimulus.
Take care
