What Causes Dizziness After Having Mobizox And Volini?

Hi Doc,I am suffering from backache since last 10 days.lower bone of vertebral column seem swollen and bone near medulla is also seem swollen,I use back support for it and it is difficult for me to stand.Went to a chemist ,he gave mobizox and volini.I had it today after lunch feeling dizziness.pls advice.
