What Causes Dizziness After Having Serc After Miscarriage?

Hi i had a miscarrige 4 months ago Lost 4 points of blood and drank all my irons.. Dr told me to stop with the iron cause im getting my colour back now.. But i still have dizziness so he gave me serc been using it for 2 weeks got better and now the dizziness is back... Any advise?
