What Causes Dizziness After Leaving My Place While Doing Any Work?

Hello ,i have a bit complicated question , i suffer a weird feeling in my head or i can call it a cloudy consciousness !after leavin my place .. my bed or my seat for like 7 seconds then everything goes back to normal it happens more than once aday and it happens more at my studying days and my vision goes weird like i don't have a clear vision in my head for the place i was looking at when it happens ...but i keep standing up i don't fall on the floor or anything and i did an "EEG" but nothin was shown , Dr's pleeease i desperately need your help .. what should i do ?
