What Causes Dizziness After Listening To Loud Music?

Sometimes after listening to loud music or noise my head spins, its not that bad but if I use earphones which I do a lot my right ear and sometimes head pains a little but persists for few days, if I discontinue using them after few days pain goes away. Tell me what should I do, bcoz I can t give away music and I am like addicted to music and using earphones.
