What Causes Dizziness After Physical Activity?
Recently I get very light headed allmost to the point of fainting after any activity. In September of 1982 i fractured a vertebrae and in September of 1972 I fractured a lumbar disc I am tskeing blood pressure medds and methadon for pain 10mg 3 times a day.

Dizziness with physical activity indicates need for medical assistance and probably some examinations. You will need to have a check of your blood pressure and also a heart and lung check (visit by the doctor, ECG, heart ultrasound and possibly a chest X-ray) to rule out possible causes related to these.
