What Causes Dizziness After Taking Fertomid?

hi there, i started using fertomid 3 days ago and have been feeling dizzy and i see that this med could cause dizziness. i also went and had my BP checked and it was sky high - my BP is normally 110/70 - today it was 150/110 and came down to 130/110. I am also diabetic. Could this med be causing an increase in my BP. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
