What Causes Dizziness After Taking Minocycline?

After corticosterio, Alclometasone ip. .5% cream to lower lip for cheilitis, I got perioral derm. The P.A. perscribed Minocycline that made me dizzy and sick, then Elidel cream for perioral and demarcation of vermilion border of lower lip which spread the perioral to my right eye and made the cheilitis much worse. My lip now burns and my tongue burns, my ears ring, and I am often sick and dizzy and experiencing ACC. Will this ever go away on its on?
