General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per the narration of the issue, the Humira shot does not give dizziness at the period of 3 weeks.

Now as the work up with lab and echo are fine, the remaining evaluation sounds to be an MRI brain at first glance after discussion about the issues with your Neuro physician.

Wish you great day.

Thanks.
