What Causes Dizziness After Taking Antidepressants?

I took 3 antidepressants today! Not I have water for diarrhea. When i when to the bathroom the last 2 times, I can t make it back the hallway without getting super hot and sweating and very very dizzy to the point of falling down (can t see well at that moment) and the 1st time this happened, i vomited light green kinda like water consistency. 2nd time I made it to the bed before falling. Once I m in bed I seem ok...slight headache though. Will the drugs work their way out of my system if I just drink n sleep it off?
