What Causes Dizziness After Using Elevators?

Hi. I get very dizzy after getting off of elevators. I just came back from a retreat with my husband and this morning, when we took the elevator upstairs, I almost lost my balance about a minute or two after getting out. I feel dizzy, but I also feel like something is pushing me down to the ground from above. I have Ankylosing Spondylitis & Psoriatic Arthritis, and am HLA-B27 + but am otherwise healthy. I have low/healthy blood pressure. I am a nurse and I have spent hours trying to figure out what this might be, but I can t seem to find any answers. It scares me!
