What Causes Dizziness Along With Black Spots In Vision?

Okay I had softball practice today and I m catcher. Well all of a sudden I got dizzy and saw black spots for a few seconds, I ve gotten dizzy before while playing and other times while not playing but never seen black spot and I was just wondering what that could mean?

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to dehydration and hypoglycemia because these could be near possible cause and this need to be ruled out first, second CT brain and EKG is must for differential diagnosis, hope this information helps, take care.
