What Causes Dizziness Along With Bleeding From Ears?

Good morning doctor, today when my mom was cooking she said she feel some giddiness. Later I noticed that her right ear was bleeding but she didn t notice until I asked her about it. Later my dad said that whenever she get stressed or get worried about financial situation she bleeds. This has happened twice but not in regular interval. Is there any problem with her?

It is not possible to bleed like this unless she is injured/ having some bleeding or clotting disorder.
So, please take your mom to a doctor for investigating the cause of bleeding from bilateral ears.
