My 13 year old daughter just had a dizzy spell, blurry vision, head pounded and felt like things blacked out for a few seconds. She said her brain kind of feels like jello I had her put her head down and she slowly felt a little better, but not great When she was 8 she had dizzy spells often, even fainted once on the stairs (that was a 911 call) but after about 6 months, they stopped. (doctors didnt know why they were happening)

Hello,

It can only be refractive error with corection, it should be alright. It can be transient ischemia or postural hypotention from history. It appears there ishypoxia and deficiency of oxygen in brain.

House physician should examine and cause of headache should be examined. There can be many causes for headache, it can be DNS, ENT doctor should examine ear, nose, and throat and try to find out related cause of headache. Might be having anxiety neurosis which should be controlled.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashok Kumar Dash
