What Causes Dizziness Along With Blurred Vision And Jaw Pain?

my current symptoms for last 4+ hours / fatigue, light-headed/dizzy, blurred vision/cannot focus/seeing streams of bright light around objects in view, jaw pain, arm pain, chest tightness, short of breath, headache, numbness/tingle sensation in hands and arms, nausea

welcome to hcm ...with all these symptoms i would suggest that please rush to the emergency room .
there should be urgent ECG as it may be cardiac problem
go for bp checking as it may be seen in high bp
last possibility is cervical strain
also undergo lab tests as TLC DLC ESR and blood sugar level
but more possibility is cardiac cause ..donot ignore
..after your tests report come .you can come back to our site i will help you with interpretation of result and further guidance
