What Causes Dizziness Along With Body Tremors And Chronic Headaches?
I have been having issues for the past few months. I have been getting dizzy and light headed and falling over. I ve felt weak and my hands shake pretty bad. My wife says that my body is shaking like I m having a seizure in my sleep a few times. I am 35 years old and male. I am also experiencing very painful headaches when having sex or masturbating.

If symptoms persist, better to consult a neurologist and plan for an MRI brain to rule out possible intracranial (inside the brain) causes. We have to rule out other causes like anaemia and thyroid disorders also.
