What Causes Dizziness Along With Chronic Fatigue?

i am dizzy, and extremely fatigued i keep falling aslee, but i do have chronic fatigue. i have pain when i try to urinate and have blood on the pads that i use, the pain this morning was pretty bad but, its still there. the dizzynessssss makes it hard to balance myself
