General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think you are having allergy symptoms. The inflammation of upper respiratory tract is also associated with blocked Eustachian tube, with dizziness symptoms.

Ear canal itchy means the external ear is itchy perhaps due to allergy.

Take antihistamines at night. Apply nasal saline spray solution.
Keep good hygiene or ear, nose, and mouth to flush the allergen out.

If no improvement, should consult further with ENT specialist.
All the best.
