What Causes Dizziness Along With Elevated Blood Pressure Level?

ive been dizzy while at work today and had my blood pressure checked twice, it was 140/90 and 140/98, i dont take meds but have been having right-sided pain for the last month. CT ruled out appendicitis or hernia etc. but am having these symptoms today
