What Causes Dizziness Along With Elevated Pulse Rate?

I was working in the yard. Sat down for a drink of water. Started feeling dizzy, light headed, pulse rate between 90 and 100, normal 70. Became so sensative to the sunlight that i could not open my eyes for a short time. Got better slowly. Type 2, blood sugar at 240 10 minutes after thie event. Blood pressue 100/70. Also a color shift to the ecktochrome blue tint. Washed out color with blue tint.

Hello,

I think you had hypotensive episode maybe orthostatic hypotension. It is caused by suddenly moving from a long-term staying position to standing.

There are different reasons for it and taking hypotension drugs may be a cause.

Also, keep yourself hydrated because it may happen due to dehydration.
