What Causes Dizziness Along With Exhaustion And Body Ache?
hello sir, been kind of out of it lately, im a 29yr old female and ive been very exhausted and lightheaded at times, my body is constantly aching which is very weird for me, im also easily distracted and i dont have any patience lately and being a mom of 3 im normally very patient person, i also get headaches pretty regularly, what could it be?

Based on the history you have shared, you need to get your blood tests done to rule out anemia. As the symptoms you are giving can be due to low hemoglobin levels.
Try to get good sleep and eat a high iron diet like meat and pulses.
