What Causes Dizziness Along With Fatigue And Breathing Difficulty?

I m lightheaded and extremely fatigued. It started with my throat scratchy this morning and then a little difficult to swallow. So far, my temp is 98.6 but I did take Tylenol a few hours ago. I m short of breath and have no appetite. I get nauseous as well.

IT CAN BE DYSPHAGIA OR ANY GROWTH IN THROAT LIKE TONSILLITIS. GET CHECKED BY ENT DOCTOR. START WORM SALINE GURGLING CAN START TAKING EZYTHROCIN 5OO MG FOUR TIMES IN MORNING
