What Causes Dizziness Along With Fatigue And Cough?

currently my father in India and in past six month he is feeling dizziness and weekness and from last one month he having a severe cough. Last week he went blood test and doctor said his blood report is not normal and spleen has been enlarge.They are expecting cancer and going to do bone marrow test for the confirmation
