What Causes Dizziness Along With Fatigue?

I feel dizzy, almost like an intoxicated or high feeling but not in a good way. I m also feeling clumsy and drop things. My blood pressure is slightly high but normal and I take blood pressure medicine and check pressure daily (it is normal for me). I can eat fine but not as hungry as I normally am.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The problems with non-proper feeding are causing you to feel clumsy and drop things (possibly due to hypoglycemia).

I think might be related to problems with your gastrointestinal tract. Get a further consultation with a gastroenterologist. You might need upper endoscopy, abdominal ultrasound and stool examination as for start.

Then, a complete blood count is required with a complete biochemistry profile to determine the right diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
