What Causes Dizziness Along With Headache And Joint Pain?

Hi, I would really appreciate some advice, I feel like the only person in the world on this medication combination! I have been on prostap and Kliovance for approx 3 years and am coming off it due to terrible joint pain and sweating side effects. I am on on it because I have epilepsy, however it is well controlled so I think re seizures it will be fine. I am going on the minipill and was advised to take it straight away, and stop the Kliovance (hrt) straightaway, effectively swapping them. Though she said it was essentially up to me, and to see how I felt. I have done this (for 4 days) and feel really unwell and dizzy and have a terrible headache and feel sick. Though I think my joint pain is a little better. Do I just need to grin and bear it and it will pass? Or should I resume the Kliovance until the injection would have been due? What sidside effects should I expect? I used to be on the minipill for a long time so I don t think it is a lone problem with that. I am really struggling and id really appreciate some advice
