What Causes Dizziness Along With Headache And Tinnitus?

I just had dizziness-almost passed out, blood rushing to outside skin over my whole body, feet and hands itching, headache, ringing in ears heart beating fast for while Blood pressure 123 over 68 pulse 74 Just a severe headache now, ringing in ears, face feels real hot like blood is on outside skin putting pressure to come out

By your history and description, the possibility of inner ear problem is more likely. So better to consult ENT doctor and get done clinical examination and MRI of the ear.
