What Causes Dizziness Along With Headaches And Backache?

Hiya, 3 weeks ago I was pulling for 2 days without reason out of no where an it stopped but ever since I ve been feeling tired light headed stressed, have had migraines and chronic back pain and have never suffered from headaches/migraines before, today I started getting sick again every few minutes, I am sexually active and I don t know if it s anything to do with pregnancy or something else or could it be normal for my age, I am 18, I live right beside the hospital so don t know if I should go over or not
