What Causes Dizziness Along With Headaches And Nausea Upon Intake Of Sugary Foods?

I ve been feeling dizzy, lightheaded, nauseous, headaches & sometimes spaced out almost like I m going to pass out but I don t. Usually after I eat sometimes after a large amount of sugar. The sypmtoms tend to last for a few hours after I ve eaten. Is this something I should be concerned about ?

Sometimes when the amount of sugars is biger it can lead to a greater amont of insuline relise, wich justify the symptoms of lightheaded, sweating, nausea or tremor.
