What Causes Dizziness Along With Headaches?

Experiencing dizziness and headache at front of head (forehead) after intense interval sprints. Felt in need of sugar but after consuming it felt quite drunk like and was extra talkative in a drunk like way - very giggly also. That s the only way I can describe it

Hi,

It may be due to the problem of a Migraine. Usually, in a Migraine, you will have dizziness, headache and sometimes nausea also.
