What Causes Dizziness Along With Heart Palpitations?

Hello, I ve been suffering from dizziness (all day), constricted pupils, nausea, heart palpitations, & shortness of breath. Recently I had some kind of event that I can scarcely described. It felt like my heart was fibrillating for about ten seconds & I almost lost consciousness. Could this be stress & anxiety? Or something more serious I should get checked out? I have a history of depression, anxiety, & mental illness in my family. Thank you for your help.

I really appreciate your concern, if you do have a history of anxiety depression then such symptoms could be because of it only but it is highly advisable to get done the cardiovascular evaluation test and CT brain too because stress would be the cause of heart disease, hope this information helps, take care.
