What Causes Dizziness Along With Irregular Periods?

Hi doctor, I ve been worried lately about my body, I had serious dizzyness these pass days and my period from october was very heavy but lasted only 2 days and on november I had very light period only enough to fill in a panty liner and that also lasted 2 days so I m really worried it could be something serious like ovarian cancer or uterus cancer?

Hello,
In the current scenario, please get a proper clinical evaluation. Since you did not mention your age, the cause of the current symptoms could be anything from a missed pregnancy to some hormone imbalance perhaps due to perimenopause. You need to have a pap smear, trans-vaginal sonogram, endometrial biopsy, blood counts, urinalysis and hormone profile. If needed, your doctor may ask for CA 125 to rule out ovarian cancer, which I do not think is necessary. Hope this helps.
