What Causes Dizziness Along With Joint Pain And Poor Concentration?

I have had these symptoms over the past month and they aren t improving: occasional dizziness, foggy brain and difficulty concentrating or remembering, joint pain particularly on one side of body (knee and shoulder) with no associated injury, fatigue. I am going through menopause and am wondering if these could be related.

Hello,

Yes, it seems you are going through postmenopausal syndrome. The symptoms you are describing are due to hormonal imbalance in the body.

I would advise you to consult a gynaecologist who will prescribe you hormonal and vitamin supplements to relieve the symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nazma. Amman
