What Causes Dizziness Along With Low Blood Pressure?

I have a son who is 22 years old with Downs Syndrome on 60 mg of Armour thyroid medication. Complains of dizziness has gotten so dizzy at work he fell and hit his head on the desk was sent home the next day with dizziness. Blood pressure runs low 81/48-102/65-100/59. Encourage fluids. He has had kidney stones , resolved, diagnosed with fatty liver, watching diet intake of fat. No heart problem. Likes to eat chicken tenders have taken that away and French fries out of diet. What could be causing issues?
