What Causes Dizziness Along With Nausea And Double Vision?

Reverse dizziness came on quickly. That made me very nauseaus. Aso double VISOON IN LEFT EYE, Went to er the think I have some kind of calcium chip that fell out of the space it sloyld be in. I might not be explaining this correctly. Can you give me more info. I still cannot stand up and its been almost 2days.

If symptoms persist, better to consult a neurologist and plan for an MRI brain to rule out possible intracranial (inside the brain) causes.
