What Causes Dizziness Along With Nausea And Fatigue?

For the past 2 days I have been feeling dizzy, a little nauseous, experienced weakness in my lower abdomen making it difficult to walk, slight headache and sore neck. Just took my blood pressure which was 143 over 86 which is high for me; pulse is 76 and heart frib symbol shows.

As per my clinical experience, the constellation of symptoms suggest possible intestine infection with systemic manifestations. Primary relief with antacid, oral rehydration salt, paracetamol and doctor visit as per the need. BP alteration seems transient, nothing to worry for the same.
