Hey, While working, I have had the strange feeling come over me, I feel like I am pulsating like I can feel my blood moving from the top of my head down into my chest. When the feeling comes, I feel like im going to fall down, I get dizziness, nauseated, and generalized weakness. this have happened twice in the past 5 days, both at work. I feel heaviness in my arms and chest. my hx is current sinus congestion taking Flonase, saline nose spray, and zyrtec. I have celiac disease, hastimoto, hyperlipidemia, migraines, ulcerative colitis.
