What Causes Dizziness Along With Nausea And Headache?

Hi, what condition(s) typically include ALL of the following symptoms experienced by a 82 year old woman: - eye sensitivity to light w/o any accompanying eye discharge - significant dizziness to the point that standing up, much less walking, is very difficult - nausea (but no actual vomiting; just dry heaves) - headache (moderate, not overly severe)

I think she may be suffering from an inner ear infection.
You can use benadryl for nausea and advil fir headache.
Your doctor may prescribe meclisine for dizziness and promethazine for nausea.
