What Causes Dizziness Along With Nausea And Panic?

Dizzyness, very fast visual images of colors, objects, people not there. Nausea, tingling in hands, feelings of panic. Lasting about a minute. Blood tests normal. EKG slightly elevated. pulse 100. BP slightly above normal. Flushed, 99.5. every 2 to 3 waking hours. Exhausted after. Started yesterday.

Hi,

You need proper treatment for your blood pressure. As pulse rate is also more. You need drug as metoprolol for blood pressure. Contact your local doctor as you need prescription for this drug.
