What Causes Dizziness Along With Nausea And Vomiting?
my boyfriend recently had an episode where he became unable to stay awake he felt nauseous but never vomited, his neck felt very stiff and he had tingling he slept for almost 3 days solid. his head feels like someone punched him using their knuckles all over and has small bumps that are tender to the touch and his neck still hurts no headaches also he had severe chills and the weather was at 100 degrees during those days
