What Causes Dizziness Along With Neck Pain And Depression?

I have had lightheaded symptoms for the past two months. My heart rate is fine. I am just not myself. I feel depressed sometimes because of what is going on. I also have intermittent neck pain that radiates to my frontal sinuses. I also have noticed that I shake a little bit. I don t know what is wrong.

u may be having cervical spondilitis that may be causing dizziness and neck pain do morning and evening wallks and neck exercises
