What Causes Dizziness Along With Palpitations And Hot Flashes?

Sunday i was sitting at the dining room table eating, starting feeling dizzy, heart beating rapid, got hot flash, was in a daze, i was swaying back and forth a little, didn t want to get up because felt i would faint. called 911 they checked my blood, heart and when i stood up felt light headed, so went to er and they did blood work, X-ray and EKG, everything came out good. The episode happened again today Wednesday when I was sitting down eating. I could feel it coming, so I just took some deep breath, could feel my heart beating rapidly . Do you think its a panic attack, never had one. I am 45 years old take no meds in pretty good health

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

That is not panic attack past history with blood reports are needed to conclude your case I think you may have endocrinological problem or heart rhythm problem less likely.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
