What Causes Dizziness Along With Runny Nose And Fever?

My adult son has been slightly dizzy off and on, coughing, has a runny nose, yellowy, thick mucus, feels feverish on and off during the day and evening, mild body aches. He says he feels like he is either on the verge of getting sick or is recovering from something. He is normally an active, scheduled person and lately is very lethargic. We live in the San Joaquin Valley.

Hello,

I want to ask you whether these symptoms are associated with fever with chills or not. For that now you can give tablet Amox Clav, tablet Relif, tablet Omez after physician consultation, providing that you don’t have any drug allergy. Along with that, you continue with steam inhalation and betadine gargling twice a day. I think dizziness is because of decreased appetite and weakness, so you can give syrup Zincovit after consultation.
